Making Digital VISA or Mastercard purchases

1. Digital VISA and Mastercard Gift Cards may be used online and by telephone, almost everywhere VISA and Mastercard are accepted in the USA.  
2. Digital VISA and Mastercard are generally not accepted in-store.
3. If requested by the merchant, provide your name and USA home address. 
4. Important note, most merchants do not accept payment by gift card for the purchase of another gift card.
