Is the Prepaid VISA or Mastercard a Debit or Credit Card?

1. Your Prepaid VISA or Mastercard may be used for either a Debit or Credit transaction.
2. Debit transactions require a 4-digit PIN.  You may create or change your PIN using the self-service options by calling 877-448-4438 and selecting option 3.
