Plastic Cards
Our plastic Visa and Mastercard gifts are mailed via the selected shipping method (FedEx or USPS) when an order is placed. Orders that are processed before 4 pm EST on a business day will print and ship that day! All other orders will be shipped on the following business day (Monday - Friday).
Depending on the chosen shipping method, tracking may be available to monitor the expected arrival of the order at the intended location.
If FedEx 2-Day or Overnight was selected as the delivery method, a tracking number will be issued for your reference via email. You can use this number to trace the movement of your consignment on the FedEx website.
For those who opted for USPS First-Class Mail, the delivery status* of the package will be displayed under the 'Status' section. If the status reads 'Out for Delivery', it means the package has been delivered to the local post office and will arrive shortly.

If your plastic card has not arrived at the intended location within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for further assistance. Please include the order number and mailing address when contacting us. For USPS shipments, we suggest waiting a few extra days for your card to arrive.
eGifts
Virtual Visa and Mastercard gift cards are typically sent via email within 15 minutes! All orders require a manual review which may delay delivery for up to 4 hours.
- If you are expecting an eGift, please search your email for a message from noreply@perfectgift.com as your eGift may have been sent to a spam or junk folder.
- If an eGift is sent to a business email domain and has not yet been received, there is a chance the company is blocking our message containing the eGift from being delivered. In this case, we suggest having the purchaser of this eGift contact us to change the recipient's email address to a personal email.
If an eGift has not yet been received, please contact our support team to have this eGift resent.
